To keep our employees and customers safe and satisfied, we have put measures in place to ensure safety and protection is always guaranteed:

 

• All technicians and front-line agents are equipped with updated sanitation and safety products.

• We will always follow the guidance of major public health organizations, including The Public Health Agency of Canada, local health authorities, and the World Health Organization, and will continue to do so as the situation unfolds.

• Installers must wear a mask at all times when entering and working at a residence.

• Installers must wear disposable gloves at all times when entering and working at a residence.

• Installers will fully disinfect working area before and after installation.

• Installers must keep a social distance of a minimum of two (2) metres from home owners at all possible opportunities.

• Payment methods will be digital only, Installer must input credit card information into the digital payment solution platform to process payment.

• We will be Asking any employee who is feeling unwell, suspect they’ve been exposed to the COVID-19 virus or have recently traveled outside of Canada for more than 24 hours to self-isolate for 14 days and follow appropriate directions from their healthcare provider.
