Municipalities Program


For municipalities in Alberta - 50% of install costs up to $2,000/Level 2 or Level 3 charger. Maximum rebate of $40,000 per municipality. Also includes additional rebates for the purchase of light, medium, and heavy-duty EVs.

Clean Energy Vehicle Program (CEV for BC)

 

The Province of British Columbia offers up to $5,000 off the purchase of a battery electric, fuel cell electric or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle and up to $6,000 for a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle.

Home EV Charger Rebate

 

Owners or residents of single-family homes that purchase and install an eligible Level 2 EV charger can receive a rebate of up to 50% of costs, to a maximum of $350, while funding lasts. This offer is also available to duplexes and townhouses with private garages or dedicated parking.

Multi-Residential EV Rebates

​

Apartments and condominium buildings without an EV Ready plan, can receive up to $2,000 per charger (max. $14,000) to install Level 2 charging stations.

​

EV drivers in Ontario qualify for $1,000 toward the purchase of a used fully electric vehicle. This incentive is brought to you by Plug’n Drive, in collaboration with Clean Air Partnership, and made possible through the financial support of the M.H. Brigham Foundation.

Scrappage Incentive


EV drivers in Ontario who receive the Used EV Incentive can also receive the Scrappage Incentive by recycling their old gas car. Combined, that’s up to $2,000 toward the purchase of a used EV.
