The Fine Print
(1) Chargers must stay connected to both the manufacturer app and the ChargeLab app. Our installers will help you get set up, and simple troubleshooting steps will be provided below if there’s ever an issue.
(2) Chargers must stay online for 1 year. If a charger is taken offline long-term, removed, or sold within 12 months of installation, the client will be invoiced for the cost of the charger. RocketEV can help troubleshoot if your charger disconnects due to errors.
(3) Note: Free charger provided only with purchase of a professional installation. Exclusions apply. RocketEV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
